By accessing, registering, or using any part of the u99 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and u99 as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the u99 platform.

To register and use u99's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old on the date of account registration.
• Not a citizen or permanent resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited by local law.
• Not currently serving a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion period from any gambling platform.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Not a u99 employee, business partner, or immediate family member of either, for the purpose of participating in any promotion.

U99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a player's eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at u99. Owning more than one account — whether under the same or a different name — is considered a serious violation of the terms of use.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The full name, date of birth, and phone number provided during registration must match your official identification document.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Any activity that occurs in your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you promptly report unauthorized access to the support team.
• U99 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access due to a player's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

U99 supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30.00 per transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes. u99 does not charge any processing fees on deposits.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit. The average processing time is four (4) minutes for e-wallets and up to two (2) hours for bank transfers. Your first withdrawal requires successful KYC verification.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.00 for each application.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same player's name.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds using a third-party account will be rejected and investigated.
• U99 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes if suspicious activity is detected.
• Bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be included in withdrawals.

U99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on their respective promotions page.

• Rollover Requirement: Each bonus has specific rollover (wagering) requirements that must be met before any wins from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Bonus Wagering Limit: While using a bonus balance, the maximum bet per round is RM 20.00 or as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Prohibited Misuse: Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including hedge betting between two accounts — is considered fraud and will result in account termination.
• u99's Rights: u99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

All games on the u99 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified and certified to ensure the fairness and transparency of game results.

Game results displayed by the u99 system are final. In the event of any discrepancy between the result shown on your device and the result recorded by the u99 server, the u99 server record shall serve as the official reference.

• Technical disruptions during gameplay will be resolved based on server records. Incomplete wagers resulting from technical disruptions will be voided and stakes returned.
• U99 is not liable for any losses arising from poor internet connectivity or device issues on the player's end.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• U99 reserves the right to void any bet deemed invalid or suspicious.

As part of u99's commitment to player safety and compliance with anti-money laundering policies, all players are required to complete an identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) before their first withdrawal is approved.

Documents typically required for the KYC process include:

• Malaysia Identity Card (MyKad) — both front and back must be clearly visible.
• Selfie holding MyKad — the face and document must be clearly visible.
• Proof of ownership of payment method — a screenshot or bank/e-wallet account statement.

The KYC process is typically completed within 24 business hours. All submitted documents are stored securely using encryption and are accessible only to authorized personnel.

• Players must notify u99 immediately if they suspect any unauthorized access to their account.

U99 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any player account with or without prior notice if:

• The player has violated any of the terms and conditions set out in this document.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The player has been found to have abused the platform's bonus or promotion system.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account).
• U99 is required to do so by the relevant authority or regulatory body.

If an account is legitimately closed by the player themselves with no violations involved, any verified cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the player in accordance with u99's standard withdrawal procedures.

The u99 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, u99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the service for any particular purpose.

• U99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by players as a result of using the platform.
• U99's maximum total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• U99 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, network outages, or government actions.

U99 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notice at least 14 days before the amendments take effect, except in cases of emergency or legal necessity.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which u99 is registered and operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms that cannot be resolved through amicable negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration.
